Use of Funds
Donations are used for charitable purposes including food aid, water projects, education, and medical assistance. We allocate funds to projects as communicated, or to the area of greatest need when no specific project is selected.
Zakat
Zakat donations are handled according to Islamic guidelines and allocated only to eligible beneficiaries. Please clearly mark Zakat transfers in your payment reference.
Receipts
Send your transfer receipt via WhatsApp or email to receive acknowledgment. Receipts are issued for record-keeping; tax treatment depends on local laws.
Refunds
As a charity, refunds are generally not provided once funds have been disbursed to beneficiaries. Contact us if you believe an error was made in your donation.
